Under these unique conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic both our guests’ and peoples’ health and safety is out top priority.

In order to ensure that our guests will enjoy a care free experience in our premises we have complied fully with the directives imposed by the National Greek health Organization and the Greek Ministry of Tourism.

Furthermore in order to achieve health and safety of our people we:

Regularly Train our staff on hygiene protocols
Provide all our staff members the necessary protection equipment
Monitor daily our staff for any symptoms prior to work

Comfortable check-in procedures with safe distances
Extended duration between Check-Out/Check-In 11.00 – 15.00
Sanitizer stations available at the Reception
Reception area is disinfected frequently
Lobby area complies with social distancing measures
All a/c units received enhanced maintenance

IN-ROOM CLEANING

Room cleaning upon request for minimal contact between guests and staff.
In-room cleaning & linen changing follow all procedures for cleaning and disinfecting points of contact according to The National Public Health Organization (NPHO) using certified products
All a/c units received enhanced maintenance

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Compulsory use of hand sanitizer at the entrance
Restaurants & bar seating areas comply with the social distancing measures
The indoor restaurant area always open to maintain fresh air circulation

BUNGALOWS AND VILLAS

Hand sanitizers available in all Villas
The frequency of Villas/Suites housekeeping will be at Guests’ discretion and kept to the minimum possible. Every day housekeeping is not allowed

Villas/Suites sanitized and sealed before the Guests’ arrival
